Shipping policy
- Where We Ship: We currently ship to addresses within Canada (Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Atlantic Canada, and the Northern Territories).

- Freight Delivery: Delivery is Curbside / Tailgate only. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground but will not bring it inside the building.
- Damages: Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the box is crushed, wet, or pierced, REFUSE the shipment.
Return & Refunds policy
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return (RMA).
