Payment Processing
- Authorization: When you place an order, the total amount (including applicable taxes and shipping fees) will be authorized and captured immediately to your selected payment method at the time of checkout. As our inventory is fulfilled directly via external distribution partners, this immediate capture ensures the rapid allocation of your highly constrained IT hardware.
- Subscriptions: For products or services offered on a recurring billing model, your payment method will be authorized for the recurring amount. We support eligible "Subscribe and save" promotional discounts in accordance with updated platform policies.
- Currency: All prices listed on our website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). If you are purchasing from outside of this currency zone, your credit card provider will convert the amount to your local currency based on their current exchange rates.
- Security: Your security is our priority. All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted connections (SSL). We do not store your full credit card number or payment details on our servers. All processing is handled safely by our PCI-compliant payment gateways.
Additional Fees & Taxes
- No Purchase Surcharges: IT Vision Networks Canada Inc. does not charge any additional surcharges or convenience fees to complete a purchase using the accepted payment methods.
Please note: While we do not charge a fee to purchase, third-party payment processors (e.g., Visa, Mastercard) process these transactions. In the event of a customer-initiated order cancellation before your order has shipped, we will issue a full 100% refund to your original payment method. We do not charge cancellation fees for unfulfilled orders. - Taxes: Applicable sales taxes (such as GST/HST/PST) are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and will be clearly displayed before you finalize your purchase.
Payment Issues
If your payment is declined, please ensure that the billing address entered matches the address associated with your payment method exactly. Due to our strict anti-fraud protocols for securing high-value IT hardware, transactions presenting mismatched billing and shipping information may be subject to additional manual verification or automatic cancellation.
