Order Status FAQs

You can find your tracking number in the shipping confirmation email we send you as soon as your order leaves our facility. Alternatively, if you have an account with us, you can log in, go to your "Order History," and click on your recent order to view the tracking details.

Tracking numbers are generated once your order has been processed and picked up by our shipping carriers. This typically takes 1 to 2 business days after you successfully place your order.

Delivery times depend on your exact location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard shipping within Canada usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Once your package is moving, the tracking widget above will give you the most accurate estimated delivery date.

Don't worry! It can take 24 to 48 hours for shipping carriers (like Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx) to scan your package and update their online systems after it leaves our warehouse. If you just received your shipping email, please give it a little time and check back tomorrow.

While we strive for fast shipping, occasional carrier delays can happen due to severe weather, high network volume, or logistical routing issues. If your package is delayed, please continue to monitor the tracking widget for the latest updates. If your tracking shows absolutely no movement for more than 5 business days, please contact our support team and we will open an investigation with the carrier.

If your order has already shipped and you have received a tracking number, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery address while it is in transit. If you notice a mistake immediately after placing your order (before it ships), please contact us right away so we can correct it before the hardware goes out!

Sometimes carriers scan a package as "delivered" a few hours before it actually arrives, or they may tuck it away in a secure spot. Please check your porch, side doors, community mailbox, or check with a neighbor/reception.
