At IT Vision Networks Canada Inc., we are committed to delivering your IT hardware safely, quickly, and reliably across North America. We are an online-only store serving Canada
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within Canada and the Continental United States.

P.O. Boxes: Please note that couriers (UPS, DHL, FedEx) cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address for all hardware orders.

International: If you are located outside Canada/USA, please contact us for a custom quote.
Note: We are not shipping to these locations as we are waiting for their TAX numbers (British Columbia (BC) → PST, Saskatchewan (SK) → PST, Manitoba (MB) → RST, Quebec (QC) → QST)
2. Order Processing & Timelines
Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time
Handling Time (Processing):

Standard Processing: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday).

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time begin processing the next business day.

Modifications: Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been handed over to the courier.
Estimated Transit Time (Shipping): Once your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated time in transit is:

3. Shipping Rates
Calculated at Checkout: Shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your package weight, dimensions, and destination in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
Free Shipping Offer: We offer Free Standard Shipping on eligible orders over 2,000.00 CAD (before taxes).

Exclusions: Heavy freight items (e.g., Server Racks, Large UPS units) and shipments to remote "Beyond Destination" areas are excluded from free shipping. Any applicable surcharges will be displayed at checkout.
4. Freight Delivery (Oversized Items)
For heavy hardware (e.g., Server Racks, Palletized shipments), we utilize specialized Freight Carriers.

Tailgate Service: Delivery is Curbside / Tailgate only. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground but will not bring it inside the building or up stairs.

Signature Required: An adult signature is mandatory.
5. Inspection & Damages (Important)
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival.

Visible Damage (Driver Present): If the box is crushed, wet, or pierced, REFUSE the shipment and mark "DAMAGED" on the driver’s receipt.

Visible Damage (Driver Gone): If the package was left while you were away and is damaged, do not open it. Take photos of the unopened box and contact us immediately.

Concealed Damage: If you find damage after opening, stop unwrapping. Keep all packaging (box, foam, bubble wrap) and contact us within 48 hours. Claims made without photos or packaging may be denied by the carrier.
6. Duties & Taxes

Canada: GST/HST/PST/QST is collected based on the ship-to province in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

USA: Customers are responsible for any applicable State Use Tax or Carrier Brokerage fees unless the shipping method is explicitly marked "DDP" (Delivered Duty Paid).
7. Tracking & Lost Packages

Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as the label is generated.

Lost Packages: If a package is marked "Delivered" but missing, please contact us within 5 days so we can initiate a trace with the carrier.
