Refund policy


Refund & Return Policy Last Updated: December 2025

At IT Vision Networks Canada Inc., we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our policy below.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return (RMA). If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility & Item Condition

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • New & Unopened: Original, factory-sealed packaging with all tags and seals intact.

  • Open Box: Must be in "Like New" condition with no physical damage, including all original manuals, cables, power cords, and packaging.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Software, Digital Licenses, or products where the license key has been revealed/emailed.

    • "Final Sale" or Custom-Order items.

    • Opened consumables (e.g., thermal paste, ink cartridges).

3. Restocking Fees

Please Read Carefully: To cover the cost of rigorous testing, inspection, and recertification of returned IT hardware:

  • Defective / Wrong Item: No Fee (Full Refund).

  • Customer Remorse: A 20% Restocking Fee applies if you simply changed your mind or ordered the wrong part. This fee is deducted from your refund total.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged: We will provide a Prepaid Return Shipping Label at no cost to you.

  • Customer Remorse: The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may use your own carrier (with tracking), or we can provide a label and deduct the cost from your final refund.

5. How to Start a Return (RMA Process)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back without an RMA will be rejected.

  1. Request RMA: Email support@itvisionnetworks.ca with your Order # and reason for return.

  2. Receive Instructions: If approved, we will email you an RMA Number and the correct Return Address (Canada or USA) for your specific product.

  3. Pack & Ship: Write the RMA # clearly on the outside of the shipping box (not the product box).

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  1. Notification: We will email you to confirm receipt and approval/rejection of the refund.

  2. Processing: If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  3. Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
