Refund & Return Policy Last Updated: July 2026
At IT Vision Networks Canada. we want you to be completely satisfied with your hardware purchase. If you need to return a product, please review our policy below.
1. Return Window 14 days.
You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return (RMA). If 14 days have passed since the delivery date, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility & Item Condition
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

New & Unopened: Original, factory-sealed packaging with all tags and seals intact.

Open Box: Must be in "Like New" condition with no physical damage, including all original manuals, cables, power cords, and packaging.

"Final Sale" or Custom-Order items.

Opened consumables (e.g., thermal paste, ink cartridges).

3. Order Cancellations
We process orders immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been placed, please contact support@itvisionnetworks.ca immediately.

Cancellations Before Shipment: If you request a cancellation after payment has been captured but before the item has shipped, we will cancel the order and issue a full 100% refund to your original payment method.

Cancellations After Shipment: If the order has already been processed for shipping or has left the warehouse, it cannot be canceled. It must be treated as a "Standard Return" (see Restocking Fees below).
4. Restocking Fees 20%
Please Read Carefully: We strive to keep our prices low by minimizing overhead. Because we ship directly from distributors, returning a non-defective item incurs a restocking fee charged by our partners.

Defective / Wrong Item: No Fee (Full Refund).

Returns Fee: If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, a 20% restocking fee will apply. This fee covers testing, repackaging, and original non-refundable payment processing costs.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Damaged: We will provide a Prepaid Return Shipping Label at no cost to you.

Standard Returns: The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs. You may use your own carrier (with tracking), or we can provide a label and deduct the cost from your final refund.
6. How to Start a Return (RMA Process)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items sent back without an RMA will be rejected.

Request RMA: Email support@itvisionnetworks.ca with your Order # and reason for return.

Receive Instructions: If approved, we will email you an RMA Number and specific return instructions. Authorized returns must be shipped to our central processing office at 41 Bethune Ave, Hamilton, ON L0R 1P0 Canada, unless a specific authorized distributor warehouse address is provided on your official RMA document.

Pack & Ship: Write the RMA # clearly on the outside of the shipping box (not the product box).
7. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Notification: We will email you to confirm receipt and approval/rejection of the refund.

Processing: If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Timeline: Please allow 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
