1. Manufacturer Warranty Coverage

IT Vision Networks Canada Inc. is an authorized reseller of enterprise and consumer IT hardware. We do not provide, offer, or imply any independent store warranties on the products we sell. All new products sold on our website are backed exclusively by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty.

The specific terms, duration, and coverage details of the warranty are dictated entirely by the brand that manufactured the product.

2. Disclaimer of Implied Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Canadian and provincial law, IT Vision Networks Canada Inc. expressly disclaims all other warranties and conditions, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, durability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our sole liability is to facilitate the transfer of the manufacturer’s warranty to you at the time of purchase.

3. How to Process a Claim (Timeline)

Because the warranty is held by the manufacturer, your point of contact depends on how much time has passed since your order was delivered:

  • Within 14 Days of Delivery (Initial Defect / DOA): If your product arrives physically damaged or is defective out of the box, it falls under our standard Return & Refund Policy. Please email support@itvisionnetworks.ca to request an RMA number. If approved as defective, we will provide a Prepaid Return Shipping Label and issue a full refund or exchange with no restocking fee.
  • After 14 Days (Standard Warranty Claim): Once our 14-day return window has closed, all long-term warranty claims, technical support requests, and repair inquiries must be directed to the manufacturer's dedicated support channels.
  • Conditions and Limitations: Please note that neither our 14-day DOA return window nor the standard manufacturer warranties cover physical damage caused by the user, accidental damage (e.g., drops, spills), unauthorized modifications, or general misuse. Products must be operated under normal conditions as outlined in the manufacturer's user manual to maintain warranty eligibility.

4. Claim Instructions for Manufacturers

When contacting a manufacturer to file a warranty claim after 14 days, please ensure you have the following ready:

  • The original IT Vision Networks Canada Inc. purchase invoice. (If you need a copy, email us with your Order #).
  • The product's Serial Number (S/N) and Model Number.
  • A detailed description of the hardware failure.

5. External Links & Third-Party Portals Disclaimer
