- Freight Delivery: Delivery is Curbside / Tailgate only. The driver will lower the pallet to the ground but will not bring it inside the building.

Description
- Return Window: You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return (RMA).
- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
- Cancellations: If you request a cancellation after payment has been captured but before the item has shipped, a transaction fee of up to 6% will be deducted from your refund.
- Restocking Fees: If you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
- Return Shipping: The Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Non-Returnable Items: Software, "Final Sale" or Custom-Order items, and opened consumables.
