More power in less space

Using wide-bandgap (WBG) technology, the 9PX G2 UPS maximizes usable output power and allows you to support more devices. Rack size is also reduced for several models. 11 kVA models offer full 11 kW output in only 4U!

Enhanced battery management

Lithium-ion (LiFePO4) batteries offer longer lifespan (8-10 years), longer runtime, faster recharge and lighter weight compared to VRLA. Eaton’s battery management system (BMS) monitors lithium-ion battery health and proactively alerts which UPS or EBM battery pack requires replacement soon. For VRLA models, Eaton’s new ABM+ technology offers predictive battery replacement analytics, allowing the UPS to proactively alert the user of battery health and remaining service life based on actual usage and conditions. ABM+ prevents unexpected downtime caused by waiting too long and unnecessary expense caused by replacing too soon.

With true online double conversion, up to 10 lithium-ion or 12 VRLA extended battery modules (EBMs) for increased runtime, hot-swappable batteries, internal bypass and optional 0U maintenance bypass, the 9PX G2 UPS is perfect for preventing costly downtime of critical equipment.

High-visibility control panel

A high-contrast LCD that tilts up to 45 degrees for optimal viewing makes local management easy. The LCD displays key data like load, efficiency, runtime and alarms. A large color LED status bar below the LCD helps you diagnose the UPS from a distance, even in dark and crowded data centers

Simplified fleet management

Monitor and manage your UPS fleet remotely to maintain uptime and improve operational efficiency. For smaller environments, you can connect using a web browser and receive email alerts. For larger deployments in multiple locations, the 9PX G2 UPS integrates smoothly via SNMP with digital solutions from our Brightlayer portfolio.

Certified cybersecurity

The included cybersecure network management card (NETWORK-M3) complies with UL and IEC cybersecurity standards and provides zero-trust architecture, zero-touch provisioning and a user-configurable firewall. Remote firmware upgrade capability keeps your UPS fleet updated with the latest features and security
