It offers high-speed fully distributed architecture with 6.4 Tbps of switching capacity. It provides robust security and QoS with advanced layer 2 and layer 3 features including support for BGP, OSPF, VRF and VXLAN.

Modern Software System Simplifies and Automates

The HPE Aruba Networking CX 8325 Switch Series is based on the new HPE Aruba Networking CX Switch Operating System (AOS-CX), a modern software system that automates and simplifies many critical and complex network tasks.
The built-in time series database enables customers and developers to develop software modules for historical troubleshooting, as well as analysis of historical trends, to predict and avoid future problems due to scale, security, and performance bottlenecks.
The AOS-CX features are organized into CX Foundational and CX Advanced software licenses.
It includes stability, independent monitoring and restart of individual software modules, and enhanced software process serviceability functions. It also allows individual software modules to be upgraded for higher availability.
Every CX switch includes AOS-CX at no cost and with an active, perpetual set of native features that has everything needed to deploy, connect, and troubleshoot an enterprise network.

The HPE Aruba Networking CX 8325 Switch Series includes a high-speed, fully distributed architecture and provides up to 6.4 Tbps for bidirectional switching and 2000 Mpps for forwarding. All switching and routing are wire-speed to meet the demands of bandwidth-intensive applications.
The HPE Aruba Networking Virtual Switching Extension (VSX) is a high-availability technology, which has been designed from the ground up to deliver continuous availability, virtualization, and simplicity requirements. Redundant and hot-swappable power supplies and fans provide additional resiliency.
The compact 1U switch delivers line rate 1 GbE, 10 GbE, 25 GbE, 40 GbE, and 100 GbE with very low latency. Optimize for your deployment with models that provide 48 ports of 1/10/25 GbE plus 8 ports of 40/100 GbE or 32 ports of 40/100 GbE.
The CX 8325P-32C switch delivers Advanced Layer 3 including OSPF, BGP, VXLAN and breakouts to support up to 128 ports of 10G and 25G
The CX 8325H switch delivers high-performance, high density 1/10/25/40/100G connectivity half-width, in a single RU form factor. Throughput of 2.16 Tbps with 18 ports of 1/10/25 and 4 ports of 40/100 GbE and throughput of 4 Tbps with 16 ports of 40/100 GbE.
